Contest Announcements:

Hoopla Cheer Contest Winner:
MyVerona took top honors with their “Winter Wonderland” beverage topped with a white chocolate snowflake.  Following at a close second was the Stuffed Olive’s entry, another delicious choice.  

People’s Choice Window Contest Winner:
Congratulations to Vintage Iron, voted the “People’s Choice” in 2011!  Stop in to see the new traveling trophy which will be passed annually to the award winners!  Another new holiday tradition for downtown Cedar Falls!

“Jingle all the Way” Coloring Contest Winners:
Our group of volunteer judges had a difficult time picking from over 230 entries!  After much deliberation and review, the following winners were announced:
PreK- K:  Munya Kuvaoga
1st – 2nd:  Millicent McGinnis
3rd – 4th:  Brigitte Kern
5th – 6th:  Abigail Keiser
The Hoopla Coloring Contest was sponsored by Pursuing Picasso and Peek-a-Boo Baby.

Beard Contest Winners:
A lighthearted competition, the annual “Santa’s Beard Contest” drew several participants to vie for top honor.  The winners were:

Longest Goatee: Jeremy Johnson
Best Santa: Nick Goings
Best Memorial Beard Story & 2nd Place Santa Beard:  Darrel Kincade
Best of the Best Overall: Jim Marks
